Clean Freak Terms of Service.

Clean Freak reserves the right to amend any part of this service agreement without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms
By ordering Clean Freak services via telephone, email, or our website, the client agrees to the terms of this service agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of our service, we will re-clean the area within 24 hours. Please contact our office as soon as possible during business hours.

Employee Standards
All employee(s) undergo extensive training to meet Clean Freak's standards. For your safety, all employees are subjected to a nationwide background check, reference check, and drug screening during hiring. Employee(s) are covered under our liability insurance.

Payment Terms
Payments are due in full upon service completion. We accept cash and card payments. Cash payments can be left at the residence. Recurring customers paying by card must keep a valid card on file, which will be charged automatically on the scheduled service day.

If no one is home upon our arrival and no payment is left, we will charge the credit card on file. If the card is declined, we will reschedule your appointment.

Tipping is optional. If you choose to tip, leave it with your payment, and management will distribute it appropriately. We appreciate your business and any notes of appreciation!

Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of cleaning services, we do not offer refunds. However, we aim for 100% satisfaction. If a task was not completed to your satisfaction, contact our office within 7 days of the original service date, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost. Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments We may issue rate increases at any time and will notify you if this occurs. Regular cleaning prices are guaranteed for 12 months. If service is discontinued and reinstated after 3 months, a new rate may apply.

Parking Requirements Customers must provide parking within a two-block radius of their home or cover any incurred parking fees. If parking is not available within a 15-minute window, the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Keys and Alarm Systems Customers can provide a key to their home, which is securely stored. Keys are hand-delivered to customers with ID verification. If you have an alarm system, please provide instructions for its operation, though we prefer alarms be turned off on cleaning days.

Lock Outs A $50 lock-out fee applies if our associates cannot access the premises upon arrival.

Arrival Windows If you plan to be present during the cleaning, please be available within the scheduled arrival window. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling and a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations/Rescheduling A minimum of 1 business day's notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations/Rescheduling more than 24 hours out can occur at no cost. At 1 business day, cancellation/rescheduling will result in a $50 fee. Day-of cancellation notice will be charged half the service cost. Special circumstances apply. 

Delays If we are running late, you will be notified with a new expected arrival time.

Pets We are pet-friendly but request pets be secured on cleaning days. We may refuse service if a pet displays aggressive behavior. For health reasons, staff are instructed to avoid pet homes, beds, litter boxes, vomit, and fecal matter.

Valuables Any valuable or irreplaceable property we ask to have secured away during your cleanings as to prevent any potential unfortunate incidents. Please put away money, credit cards, and checkbooks. We are not responsible for missing currency.

Cleaning Products, Supplies, and Equipment Our staff uses products and equipment provided by Clean Freak. If you prefer alternate supplies, we are not responsible for any resulting damage. 

Damages Report any damage within 24 hours for investigation. We reserve the option to repair or replace items. We are not responsible for improperly secured items. 

Glass Shower Doors, Toilets, and Faucets Notify us if these items are not secure. If you opt to proceed with service despite known issues, Clean Freak is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Extra Services Request extra services 48 hours in advance for a quote and to allow additional time.

Lifting, Climbing, and Bending For safety, employees do not climb higher than a 3-foot ladder, move items heavier than 20 lbs, or clean floors on hands and knees (except bathrooms). We are not responsible for damage from moving furniture.

Temperature Conditions Services will not be performed in uncomfortable temperatures (above 80 degrees - below 45). A $50 fee applies if the appointment is canceled due to extreme conditions.

Exclusions Our staff does not clean blood, bodily fluids, fire/water damage, mold, insect infestations, curio cabinets, provide pet/child-related services, laundry services, shampoo carpets, clean chandeliers, perform stain removal, wash walls, clean exterior windows, remove rust, remove paint, service outdoor areas, clean above a 3-foot ladder, or handle animal waste or litter.

Privacy Clean Freak Service values your privacy and will not share customer information with any outside source.
